MEET THE TEAM
The House of Langstone team comprises of Louise, the Director, and her "right hand man", Claire, who keeps the show on the road. Angela and Sue are kept busy in the workroom, adeptly applying their years of seamstress knowledge and ensuring that the highest standards in soft furnishings are always produced.
Let me introduce you…
Louise
I am a graduate interior designer. I set up the House of Langstone in 2004. What started as a small venture, has slowly grown into a flourishing interior design company with a talented team around me. I pride myself in providing a positive interior design experience. I also enjoy designing show homes as this gives me more of an opportunity to showcase my creative flair.
Angela
I have been working for Louise at the House of Langstone full time for the last year. My role includes making curtains and blinds to fit the specific needs of our varied customers. I love the creativity involved in making beautiful soft furnishings which are usually the icing on the cake in a new home and a new beginning.
Sue
I have been working for Louise for the last year but my sewing career started when I was 16 years old. I acquired my curtain making skills at Crowsons Fabrics in East Sussex learning the various techniques needed for all the different types of curtains required by the House of Langstone’s clients. Also, I alter bridal and prom dresses which hones my hand stitching expertise and is something I use a great deal in curtain making.
